He decides to visit his doctor because of obstructive voiding symptoms and intermittent haematuria.

Assessment summary:

  • ECOG PS: 0
  • Papillary tumour at posterior wall
  • Ultrasound: no hydronephrosis
  • Normal renal function, cisplatin eligible
  • Maximal TURBT:
    • Minimal pT2 sarcomatoid UCa (>10%)
    • Muscle in specimen
    • LVI
    • Unifocal, concomitant CIS
  • Imaging suggestive of cT2N0M0
