Adrian (60 years old)

Adrian, 60 years old, spent his young days as the local town deejay.

He decides to visit his doctor because of obstructive voiding symptoms and intermittent haematuria.

• Ultrasound: no hydronephrosis
• Normal renal function, cisplatin eligible
• Maximal TURBT:
  • Minimal pT2 sarcomatoid UCa (>10%)
  • Muscle in specimen
  • LVI
  • Unifocal, concomitant CIS
• Imaging suggestive of cT2N0M0
