  • Ultrasound: no hydronephrosis
  • Normal renal function, cisplatin eligible

    • pT1 micropapillary UCa (>10%)
    • Muscle in specimen
    • Lymphovascular invasion (LVI)
    • Unifocal, no concomitant CIS
