Jonas (18 years old)

Jonas is an 18-year-old surfer who wishes to travel internationally for surfing. He consults you regarding COVID-19 vaccination which he did not consider previously. He heard on social media that polyethylene glycol (PEG) allergy could interfere with vaccination. He has a history of developing an allergy to moisturising creams and suspects it could be an allergy to PEG. His allergy manifests as an itchy rash and swelling of hands and feet upon using various moisturising creams.
