On initial workup TURBT shows a pT1 HG tumour with a diameter of 2 cm and concomitant CIS. Second resection shows CIS. BCG was started. Control cystoscopy after 3 months shows a 1 cm papillary tumour. TURBT confirms urothelial cancer pTa low-grade (LG), muscle in specimen.
