  • No relevant medical history
  • ECOG PS: 1
  • Normal renal function, cisplatin eligible
  • Maximal TURBT:
    • Plasmacytoid UCa (PUC) with pure plasmacytoid morphology (100%)
    • Muscle-invasive, minimal pT2
    • No LVI
    • Unifocal, no concomitant CIS
  • Imaging: suggestive of cT3N0M0
