He was diagnosed with PCa 4 years ago:
- High-risk cT2b PCa
- Biopsy: ISUP grade group 3 (Gleason 4+3)
- PSA: 23 ng/ml
Treatment:
- Radical prostatectomy + eLND
- Post-operative: PSA undetectable; negative surgical margins
- No follow-up visits after 18 mo
Recent diagnostic work-up:
- PSA: 7 ng/ml
- Thoraco-abdomino-pelvis CECT: multiple retroperitoneal lymph nodes + 1 spot on the lung (biopsy proven)
- Bone scan: 3 bone metastases in the spine
