He was diagnosed with PCa 4 years ago:

  • High-risk cT2b PCa
  • Biopsy: ISUP grade group 3 (Gleason 4+3)
  • PSA: 23 ng/ml


Treatment:

  • Radical prostatectomy + eLND
  • Post-operative: PSA undetectable; negative surgical margins
  • No follow-up visits after 18 mo


Recent diagnostic work-up:

  • PSA: 7 ng/ml
  • Thoraco-abdomino-pelvis CECT: multiple retroperitoneal lymph nodes + 1 spot on the lung (biopsy proven)
  • Bone scan: 3 bone metastases in the spine
