Dorotha is a 72-year-old retired nurse who enjoyed travelling extensively throughout Europe.

She was recently diagnosed with MIBC (cT3 N0 M0) and received 4 cycles of neoadjuvant gemcitabine + cisplatin (GC) followed by RC + PLND.
