Bernard (67 years old)

Bernard, 67 years old, lost his wife 5 years ago. He recently decided to put himself out there again and started speed dating, which was a pleasant experience. Bernard is newly diagnosed with PCa.

  • Asymptomatic (IPSS 5)
  • Prostate volume: 40 ml
  • T2bN0M0 based on DRE, MRI and bone scan
  • Prostate biopsy: ISUP grade 4 (Gleason score 4+4)
  • PSA 23 ng/ml
  • Placement stent for angina pectoris 11 months earlier
  • Currently not sexually active

He opts to undergo EBRT +/- ADT.
