Bruna, 79 years old, has always had a big passion for music concerts. To this day she still goes to concerts where she can sit.

She was diagnosed with metastatic bladder cancer during a workup for haematuria.

Assessment summary:

  • Medical history: diabetes and diabetic nephropathy
  • CT scan of chest, abdomen and pelvis: pelvic lymph node metastases and diffuse liver metastases
  • Biopsy compatible with UCa
  • ECOG PS: 2
  • Peripheral neuropathy: grade 2 due to diabetes
  • No hearing impairment
  • GFR: 35 ml/min due to diabetic nephropathy
  • Cardiac ejection fraction: 70%
  • PD-L1 expression: strongly positive
