Christopher is a 66-year-old plumber who likes to go swimming in his free time. Even the winter cold doesn’t stop him from doing a weekly dip in the pond. Unfortunately, he is newly diagnosed with PCa.
Assessment summary:
- No relevant medical history
- T2bN0M0 based on DRE, MRI and bone scan
- Prostate biopsy: ISUP grade 4 (Gleason score 4+4)
- PSA: 19 ng/ml
- No comorbidities, asymptomatic
- Sexually active and extremely concerned about erectile function
He opts to undergo EBRT ± ADT.
