Joshua, 78 years old, joined the scrabble club after his retirement. He has been unbeatable since.

He was recently diagnosed with MIBC and underwent RC + pelvic lymph node dissection (PLND) without significant complications. He did not receive neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC).
