Wilbur, 72 years old, is a retired accountant who was previously an active recreational cyclist, often participating in weekend rides of 50-70 km.

He was recently diagnosed with MIBC (cT3N0M0) and received 4 cycles of neoadjuvant gemcitabine + cisplatin (GC) followed by RC + PLND.
