Background: Optimal management of MIBC goes beyond performing radical cystectomy (RC) and requires the involvement of a multidisciplinary team. In this module, all patients have urothelial carcinoma (UCa) in absence of (extensive) variant histology.
Educational Objective: Gain insight on when to use neoadjuvant chemotherapy, on factors that impact the decision on bladder preserving treatment and on RC and on when to use adjuvant chemotherapy or adjuvant radiation therapy (RT).
